If for some reason you are not happy with your order please contact us to begin the return process. We will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Returning Goods - You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
